Welcome to Mentalist: Read Body Language. By downloading, accessing, or using the Mentalist: Read Body Language application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mentalist: Read Body Language is an educational mobile application that provides:

• Interactive daily quiz sessions based on real-world scenarios
• Swipe-based true or myth questions about body language and non-verbal communication
• Explanations that describe the psychology behind each gesture or cue
• Free and premium content, including additional quizzes and scenarios

3. No Account Required

You can use the App without creating an account. Your quiz progress and settings are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, this information may be lost. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Content: The App includes a limited amount of free content. Additional quizzes and scenarios require a premium subscription.

Premium Subscription: Premium access is offered as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, billed through Google Play. Current prices are shown in the App and on Google Play before you confirm your purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal shortly before the end of the current period at the then-current price
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
• Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription
• Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with its refund policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App for its intended educational and personal purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or related services
• Use automated systems to access the App or its content
• Copy, redistribute, or resell the App's content without permission
• Circumvent or tamper with subscription or purchase verification

6. Educational Content Disclaimer

Mentalist: Read Body Language provides content for educational and entertainment purposes only. Important limitations:

• Body language is complex and depends on context, culture, and individual differences. No single gesture or expression reliably shows what a person is thinking or feeling
• The App does not detect lies and cannot determine a person's true intentions
• The content is not psychological, medical, legal, or professional advice
• You should not use the App's content as the sole basis for decisions about other people, including in relationships, employment, or legal matters

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, scenarios, text, and other original content, is the intellectual property of Mentalist: Read Body Language and its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be available at all times without interruption
• The content will be error-free or meet your specific needs
• The App will be compatible with all devices

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by law or Google Play policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
