Mentalist: Read Body Language ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Mentalist: Read Body Language mobile application ("App") on Android.
No Account Required: You can use the App without creating an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal contact information.
Quiz Progress & Settings: Your quiz progress, daily session status, language preference, and app settings are stored locally on your device so the App can work as expected. We do not receive this information on our servers.
Purchase Information: If you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed by Google Play. We receive limited purchase information, such as which subscription is active and its expiration date, through our subscription management provider (see Section 4). We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Technical Information: Our third-party service providers may automatically collect limited technical data, such as an anonymous app user identifier, device model, operating system version, and app version, in order to validate purchases and keep the App working properly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for profiling.
The App does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location. All scenarios and explanations are provided as built-in educational content.

Premium access is offered through weekly and yearly subscriptions processed by Google Play. Payments, renewals, and refunds are managed by Google. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Most App data stays on your device. Data processed by our service providers is transmitted over encrypted connections. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Mentalist: Read Body Language is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Locally stored data remains on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall it. Purchase records held by our service providers are retained as long as needed to provide the subscription service and meet legal and accounting obligations.
