Viredo AI Studio ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Viredo AI Studio (the "App"). Please read this policy carefully.
Account Information: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication. No personal information such as name, email address, or phone number is required to use the App. A unique anonymous identifier is assigned to your device upon first use.
User-Generated Content: When you use our AI generation features, we temporarily store the text prompts you provide and the media content (images, videos, audio) generated through the App. Generated assets are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the App, including your device type, operating system, and interaction data to improve our services.
In-App Purchases: Payment processing for credit purchases is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.

Generated media content (images, videos, audio files) is stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 24 hours. Your anonymous user profile and credit balance are retained as long as you use the App. We store data using Google Firebase's cloud infrastructure, which employs industry-standard security measures.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can promptly delete such information.
You can delete your account at any time directly from the App by going to Settings > Delete Account. When you request account deletion, the following actions are taken immediately and permanently:
Please note that account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover any data, credits, or content associated with it. If you have an active Apple Sign-In linked to your account, the link will be removed. You may need to manage your Apple ID sign-in preferences separately through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple.
In-app purchases made through Apple are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previously purchased credits.
